This site is my hobby, it is not my business or job of work, and I ask that you consider this when making requests or complaints about it. I will always try to help on any matter where I can however personal and other commitments may sometimes dictate my response time.

I welcome feedback from members but ask that it is always constructive. I am willing to accept any mistake I have made and rectify it. It is of no use to highlight negative aspects without making a positive and constructive suggestion on how the matter might be improved.
